Pinky McKay?s ?Mummy Mentor? course is a series of three weekly sessions to help you feel ?in charge? as you adjust to your new role of becoming a mother. Sessions will be supportive and inspiring as Pinky offers evidence based information and practical strategies (she?s a mum of five so knows all the ?shortcuts!) as she shows you how to nurture yourself and meet your baby?s unrelenting needs.

Session one: Crying Baby, Sleepless Nights

?Must-know? information about newborn sleep, including infant sleep and brain development; creating a positive sleep environment; reasons babies cry and how to settle your crying baby.

Session two: Breastfeeding Simply

While we hear a lot about ?breast is best? mothers are often very isolated in their experiences and undermined by conflicting information. Pinky will show you how to make breastfeeding the simple, stress-free experience that nature intended as well as how to prevent and overcome breastfeeding challenges such as low milk supply, nipple pain and mastitis.

Session three: Baby Massage

Massaging your baby has amazing health benefits for you and your little one from increasing immune function, improving sleep patterns, enhanced neurological development to encouraging bonding and reducing symptoms of postnatal depression. Learn a mini massage as well as specific strokes to alleviate tummy pains, colic and constipation.
