Food to avoid - yet another question??
Hey all!
I picked up a great link to the NSW Food Authority from another thread
(Pregnancy and food safety | NSW Food Authority) for those who missed it
and their information is fantastic, however i noticed that they had a paragraph on pregnant women not eating sprouts - inc soybeans cooked or raw.
Now my question, as a huge soy-sauce-on-rice-daily fan, is, is this sauce as bad as the sprout itself and should i avoid eating my beloved sauce? And is it likely that over the past few weeks I've unknowingly hurt my bump by eating all these wrong foods? I've only :bfp: today.
