What would you do?
I'm 18 weeks pregnant and still have nausea to the point that food smells, vomit, runny noses, taking pain pills makes me hurl!
The only way I can take a pain relife pill is by pushing it right to the back of my throat and downing 500ml of water to make sure it goes down other wise I suffer with the pain and lately that has been a no no for me as i have been having migrain type headaches!
Anyway my food intake has dropped so far that if i have 2 peices of toast i am full and can't eat any more!
I don't see the MW again until the 2nd of Oct which will make me 21 weeks!
Should I go to the Docs before hand or just stick it out?

I would go to the Dr hun. 2 pieces of toast per day is not enough vitamins and minerals for your body to cope properly. They should give you some Maxalon or something to help with the nausea.

also agree. go to the doc and see what they can give u for it. u will be so glad u did.

Mellie, give Nicole the naturopath here at BB a call - I had the same problem and she made up some drops to put in water for me and I haven't been sick since!!!
They taste pretty rank but they really do work!
I've got her mobile if you'd like me to give it to you!
Hope you feel better xoxo

i was the same- except i couldnt even open the fridge because the smell of the fridge would make me puke- even though it was spotless!
Sea sickness bands helped me heaps as well as seeing an a/puncturists.
just try and nibble as much as you can- and make sure you keep your liquids up. Its the dehydration that is the main problem.
Try nibbling on dry cruskits as well. even sucking on a lolly- just to keep your sugars OK!
I still dont feel like eating, even though my stomach is rumbling- its such an effort! But i do as i know i will feel worse otherwise
take care and hang in there
