HOw much food is too much???
I just want to ask people how much they consume on a daily basis just out of curiosity. Having not had any MS, I can't say I've really been put off foods nor do I have any specific cravings either. I do feel I generally eat well and have not been pigging out on tim tams etc. I make sure I get some cereal and milk in the morning, a yogurt and some raw nuts for morning tea, a sandwich for lunch, an apple, maybe some strawberries, dinner (standard...pasta, chicken and veg etc) and maybe a hot cup of milo at night with some bickies. I haven't been eating excessively yet the weight gain has been phenomenal!! I don't look fat so to speak but Im 24 weeks and I reckon I've gained around 12 kilos already!!! And I've still got so much more to go....what have people generally been eating? I'm starting to think no matter what I do the weight's going on no matter what!:wall:
