I have just made it over to this thread, so I will kick of this brand new one! We got our BFP yesterday!!!! hooray. :dance: :lol: Now we just :pray: our little one stays there...

Tiggerlinda- I can't believe your news!! i was so thrilled when I read that. wow - you must have been so relieved and amazed. What a rollercoaster for you.

Linda what absolutely fantastic news. I am sooooo happy for you. Wishing that the remainder of your pregnancy is uneventful and so glad you will be holding a beautiful healthy baby in your arms very soon. I was so sad when I heard your original news which was just a few days after my miscarriage so this is just wonderful - wish I was there to give you a bit congratulatory hug. Feeling healthier day by day - still very sad though - guess that takes time. Had D& C last monday and think AF has started today - seems soon but I'll take it if it means I can TTC again sooner! Still getting ovary pain from cysts that developed during the first IVF cycle - has anyone else experienced ongoing pain like that?

BM - My ovaries hurt all the time !!! not since i have been pregnant but while I was going through stims - but i was a pretty big responder.
When I had my 8 and half week scan I had a massive cyst on one ovary. The sonographer said it was really common after a stim. I always found when TTC that the awful ovary pain I felt went away as asoon as AF came. Hopefully that will be the case for you - get AF out of the way and back to getting that baby in there x

Thanks for that waiting. I too have had a really big cyst seen on ultrasound. Just before miscarrying had excruiating right ovary pain nearly leading to vomiting - went to hospital and they said there was a large haemorrhaging cyst on right ovary. Saw FS yesterday and he said that it will resolve on its own with time but that it might take 6 weeks. AF definately here but very painful (which is not normally the case for me). At least next IVF cycle will be FET so my ovaries will get a break for a while anyway. Have to wait till my next period though before they will do anything :( Thanks so much again for the reply.

Just off the topic a bit, I had a dumb comment today "will your baby have brain damage because it was frozen?"...then laughs, then the comment that it was a joke. Needless to say I wasn't laughing.

OMG TL- You would not believe how happy i was to read your post, i felt so sad for you. Lets hope the rest of your pregnancy is easy peasy and your little phoenix is amazing!

It is a nervous time, and I am feeling it today. I haven't had a blood test in over a week and I am reading into everything that my body is doing and not doing......aahhhh!:wall:
This cycle was our first FET and the stars aligned and it worked. My lining was fabulous and everything just seemed to fall into place. And it was the first time that I hadn't combined acupuncture with IVF, go figure?? But my OB's has doubled my progesterone pesseries, that is the trick!! I have PCOS and we are normally low in Progersterone, what a relief.
Any how we have our first u/s on Thurs and I am nervous......:pray:

We have made it to 12 weeks and the scan is all booked for Friday at the end of the week :clap:

hi poppihome- congratulations on the BFP...I can relate to the nerves...i am nervous too, but also very happy and excited. I second guess everything my body does too!:lol:

afm- still thrilled to be here and still anxious .....that's just the way it is.... feeling OK...tired and a bit lightheaded, but not sick (yet anyway!)...
having a BT tomorrow to check levels are going up as they should, will be glad tohave those results

Hi Girls, I'm off for my 7 week scan at 4.10 pm today. Should be able to see the bubbas heart beating a million miles an hour - touch wood.

I think I am starting to get m/s. I feel gross today. So bloated, lardy, constipated. I'm a crabby b*tch today too. People are coping it left right and center. I think I'm a bit worried about the scan too. Everything has gone too text book so far. I keep waiting for the bubble to burst - I know, I know, positive thinking. It get's hard sometimes tho'.

Anyway - TL I can't tell you how glad/surprised/relieved/sad/happy I was for you all at once when you posted that the wee one had held on and made it. Sad - only because you had to go thru the heartbreak for no reason.

Anyway - everyone else. I'm wishing you all calm and peaceful thoughts as the bubbas continue to grown inside.
