Maybe Waters Trickling??

I think that maybe my waters are trickling but I'm not sure.

Yesterday and today I've felt as though there maybe some fluid loss as well as having some minor period pain, I've also had a really heavy feeling like bub has dropped more into my pelvis, he was 5/5 last Wednesday and I've also felt some sharp pain in my cervix region.

So I was just wondering how do I know if it's my water's leaking slightly or if it's a wee problem :lol:?

Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated.

If you lay down for a while & stand back up you should know. Your waters will go, wee shouldn't.
Use a pad too. My waters leaked with DD1 & it was clear & shiny, nothing like wee. & if all else fails, smell it. Your waters shouldn't smell.

I am guessing that by now you know for sure, but in case you don't put a pad on and ring the hospital and make sure!!!!
They will want you to come in and if the membranes have ruptured they will want you to stay!!!!
I reckon it sounds like they may have though, my waters just leaked and I was'nt 100% sure I thought maybe it was my mucas plug they had a bit of fresh blood in them, mine had a smell like semen though, even though it had been a week or so since DTD and with first DD there was quite a strong smell but she was overdue. Anyway good luck and I am sure there will be a baby soon.:D

Yeah I ended up going in and got checked and it wasn't my waters, they didn't really say what it was but he's still snug as a bug, for a little bit longer.
