Im going to make a banana cake with my over ripe bananas - but the recipes I find only need 2 maybe 3 bananas and I have 6!
I don't want to make 3 cakes, is there anything else I can make? Biscuits? Bread?

I made this banana bread tonight & it is fantastic.
Another thing you can do is peel them, wrap in foil (thanks Dachlostar for the hint) and freeze them then you can have another banana cake in a few weeks ;)
