Too Much WII'ing...ouch

Well We brought a Wii yesterday and we used it for few hours then while DP went out i decided to try the Wii Fit... I used it for an hour to unlock a few more things. when DP got back he wanted to play more boxing and tennis. So we spent another few hours playing...

By bed time my legs, arms and back were a bit sore... I thought nothing of it... After 1/2 hour laying down it felt like my muscles were burning and like i had been on a marathon...

Keep in mind i'm fairly unfit and overweight...

My god... i didnt think i would be so damn sore from having fun...

Dh got hooked on the yoga for a few days....:rolleyes: Doing hr long sessions...

lol... we just played it while the kids were sleeping...lol

my arms hurt already!!

i did the jogging, hola hooping, step thingy, the skiing, the luge (spl) jump thing, the yoga... plus the Wii sports games.... plus we played this morning...

So much fun... but gosh am i paying for playing so much

Oh I know exactly what you're feeling... when the fit game suggests a break I really should learn to take it hahahaha!

Laura- Awweee... i know how you feel... i've wanted one for so long... i tried to get a massage last night but DP was just as sore just not all over... His arms were killing him apparently so no massage.

leesha- IKWYM... it popped up so often i was like "pppffffttt... i dont need a break" Gosh i wish i had of listened to my Wii Fit now....

I wanted to try and unlock things... And the more i started unlocking the more fun i was having... I guess the worst part is i'm told there is only this disk.... they havent made another yet...

I think they need leg sensors next... that way you can do kick boxing and things like that... Maybe i should suggest that to Nintendo.... :lol:

hehehe I don't have one, my parents do and I had a few games of tennis and bowling with my younger brother, I was in so much pain the next day LOL Certainly wasnt expecting that
