A heartbeat!

So after having a m/c in June found out I was pregnant over 2 weeks ago and my dr told me to go and have an u/s to see how things were progressing.

So we had that on Friday morning ... A HEARTBEAT! So excited and less stressed! The sonographer estimates I'm due the 21st May which is only 1 day off what I had estimated going by dates.

I was slightly worried to begin with because he couldn't see anything in the sac to begin with but as soon as he started to an internal u/s there it was! This little blobby thing ... we didn't see Jovi until I was at 12 weeks so by then she was recognisable as a little person, but at just 7 weeks and 1 day last week ... I think peanut looking is probably a good description. Very excited though and feel heaps good about telling people.

All in all ... very happy!

Thanks guys! Now I'm just waiting for the waves of nausea to go away ... I never got real sick with Jovi but this one! Already can't even sleep properly, toss and turn all night like I was 8 months pregnant not 8 weeks ... must be a boy! lol (I hope so anyway! Though a litte girl would be awesome, but DH is the last in his family so the pressure's on to have a boy.)
