Pregnancy hormones and mood swings

Wow i just lost it so bad with my partner and the poor man only wanted to go with his mate instead of coming back home with me and josh and i lost it completely throw his jersy at him told him not to beeping hurry home :cry:,then me son started as he couldnt go with him so then he got it to,i floored it in my car and skidded up the road outside his friends house i just totally lost it ay,got home and been balling for past 3/4 hour.
What is wrong with me i know it probably just the pregnancy hormones and all stuff over past few weeks (he has cracked bone in his foot and is in cast) and fact that i like to bottle things up i guess,Bryce must not be to worried as he has not rang or texted, either that or he to scared to :lol:.
I dont ever want to do that again,anyone else experiencing short tempers?

yep! I would say they get worse the further along you are coz u get more agitated and more uncomfy etc and just makes ya snap!

yeah!! the other week after a stressful day or 3 at work and lotsa lotsa traffic on the way home
I came home and shut myself in my room for a while.
when DP came in to talk, I just cried and got angry and starting spewing up all these thoughts and feelings and emotions. I think I paced about the whole house! I felt good though after about an hour! but hell i was exhausted ...

Oh hun :hug: I have had a few of these and I am only just half way. Try not to let it get you down and make sure you sit down and have a chat to your man about how you are feeling. I am sure he knows its not really how you are normally. My DP cant get over how emotional I have been. Me neither to tell you the truth. I always sit down with him later for a cuddle and tell him I am sorry for my reaction (not always for what caused it- I make him apologise for that :) but mainly for how I reacted to it).
Dont get to down on yourself.

Honey I wouldn't worry too much my DH calls me a psycho these days...lol

My partner watches me with these eyes like "dude! chill out!" when imexplaining my thoughts and feelings.
Most of the things that trouble me have either A) Happened or that are B) totally out of my control so there is no use fretting. :rolleyes:

I have been pretty stable emotionally up until the last 2 weeks or so. I must admit my temper has been a bit shorter but I have kept it in check. But lately I am just not coping. Mostly crying for now reason. I am sad but have no reason to be sad. I get cranky quickly and snap but then sulk about it. Problem is DH takes my mood swings personally. He thinks that I am not happy with him, but its doesn't seem to matter how many times I have to explain it to him that he is awesome and it has nothing to do with him. In fact he is my world. But if i can't snap out of it very quickly he starts getting agitated with me and then cracks at me which just makes it worse. I just want a cuddle and him to tell me that its normal and its ok to feel like this. So now I try to hide my sadness which is hard causes he watches my facial expressions like a hawk.
Can't wait to meet our little man, only a few more months and he will be here and I can't wait. But even thats confusing cause I can't wait to meet him but I dont feel like I am ready for him to arrive yet, I am still at work and still have so much to do that I haven't had a lot of time to prepare my mind for the big event.
