Anybody else with Commonwealth & hasn't recieved centrelink pay today?

Just wondering if there's anyone else out there who banks with the Commonwealth & was due to recieve centrelink payments today?

There was a technical issue at the commonwealth over night & payments have only just started to go through in the last half hour.

Not mine yet though.

They are guaranteeing all will be done by close of business this afternoon.

Glad I'm not desperate for money this week!
Although I hope I don't get late fees for direct debits that are suppose to come out today.

Just so those who do know - they've set it up so if direct debits come out before the money goes in there will be no penalties.

Hun, I hope it comes through soon for you. If you do get any late fees, make sure you let the Comm bank know. They have promised to pay any fees incurred as a result of this problem.

I just looked up my net bank account.
All my Direct Debits dates have been changed. Most of them went to Monday, thats not too bad, but they changed my rent day to Wednesday??
Why couldn't they just let it all come out the same day still.
I'm glad I knew about it before I thought I had extra money & spent it all. (I got paid BTW - at about 4.30pm)
