I'm staying at my partners place and he's renovating the kitchen, and the stove top is disconnected! Any ideas on what to do with either pork fillets, chicken tenderloin or steak that I can do with the grill/oven?
TIA!

My ex's family used to cook ALL their meat under the grill. So much for the skills of a chef! Meat turns out alright, but it really dirties up the grill from the spatter.
HTH
Maybe wrap the meat in foil with some herbs etc and put it in the oven. It should be quite tender as it cooks in its own juices.
