Could conception have occured? Advice needed!

Hi!!!
We bd on CD11, but that's it this month...!! Is there any chance of conception taking place, or did we bd just too early this month? Has anyone else ever conceived by bd'ing cd11?
I have heard that sperm can live up to 5 days, is this true?

yes its true sperm can live up to 3-5 days. As long as you know when you should ovulate then maybe you might just have caught it in time. There are some books available on this website that you can buy that will go into heaps of detail also go to Ovulation Calendar and Ovulation Chart - FertilityFriend.com, that site too is very informative and will help you.

It would depend on what day you O'd. If it was between 11 & 15 then I'd say you are in with a chance.

My son was conceived from DTD on CD11. I O'd on CD12 which was a couple of days earlier than what I normally did.

Yeah it really depends on what day you O'd. Do you know what day you usually O on previos cycles. I agree with satya if you O'd on CD11-CD15 you may be in with a chance :)

In the right environment sperm can live up to 6 days...but conditions have to be right.
I dont know my cycle days, coz i wasnt charting, but with DD#3 we DTD 3 days before i Ovualted.

with one of my pg we :bd: around cd7 and again around cd25 I got a :bfp: on cd28 and :egg: according to temps looked like cd14 so am guessing something was right there :lol:

With DD1 we dtd 4 days before O and DD2 we dtd 5 days before O.
