The ring test...

Who did the ring test?
I was told circles = girl / side to side = boy - is this correct?

What did you do and was it accurate?
I know its just abit of fun! But I cant help but wonder... hehe

Hep, That correct. I wouldn't bet any money on it but it was accurate for me. It said boy, I got boy. ;)

Yup thats right - and it was correct both times for me!!

Hey, yep thats how it goes with our family. My mum used to do it all the time when we were little. Others say the opposite, circles boy back and forth girl but Ive never found that to be the case.

I always got boy boy girl and last year I had a m/c and after that it now says boy boy girl girl.... I`m 24 weeks pg and from scans it looks like we are having a girl !! Oh we also have 2 boys. My mum has 5 girls then 1 boy then 2 more girls and they were all right.. its a lot of fun but dont take it too seriously, there is another thread on here somewhere and some say it was incorect...

Yep, that's correct and it was correct for me too.
We did it about 5 times throughout my pregnancy and every time it said boy and it was a boy!!

I'm curious, how do you do this test? :D

It freaks me out!! lol. Because it does the same on mine and DHs hand every time.

I did it with a strand of my hair tied to my wedding ring over my wrist.
first it showed a boy(side to side) then 3 girls( circles) and then a boy. It paused and everything sooo bizarre. I hope it right.

I just did it then sitting at my desk over my belly with my wedding ring and a strand of hair - it said boy - I have this feeling that it is a boy and so does DH.
I did it then on my hand like I have b4 and it said boy then girl - thats exactly how we have planned! I guess I have to wait 41 days to confirm or denie!!

Mrs BB, It tends to do that early in pregnancy. Did you do it over your belly or hand?
Up untill about 3 or 4 months it said one of each for me too but after that it said girl, scans also say girl... Its pretty cool isnt it

yep thats correct. Mine was right.. even when i tried to swing it from side to side to get a boy, it still went in circles! lol

i did mine about.... 15 weeks i think.. over my belly

I asked my Kinesiologist about this method of telling what you are having and she reckon as long as you go in with an open mind it will be right every time....she is a very spiritual person though!
