so i have been going online to try and see when i will get my ccr payment, and thought while im at it i might have a look around but it keeps telling me to i need to upgrade my access?(or something along those lines)
isnt that the point of doing it all online so i dont have to spend an hour on the phone just to get sent back online?:wall:

also everyone keeps telling me now that we have sold our house and going to be renting that i might be elidgable for rent assistance?? is that true?
dh earns about 47k PA?? and i think i might have earnt 5k (i wont be working for a while yet)

When you upgrade your access... you just set secret questions etc for yourself. You do it all online, and it only takes a few mins.

online access is restricted based on what ID you've been able to provide - you can provide photo id in the office to get maximum access level

wrt rent assistance - yeah, you might be eligible - just take into account any interest you'll earn from the sale of your house, or any capital gains (if it applies) as it will mess with your income estimate
