Faint Positive after 10 minutes????

Hi

This is my second month of TTC. I'm now 9dPO & my bleed is due in about 6 days.

Yesterday a friend & I were chatting about how early she tested & got a faint positive. The conversation encouraged me to try a HPT, even though I'd been determinted not too!

Anyway I tested (Crystal Clear brand: midstream) this morning with my FMU. I waited for about a minute then went back to bed, I looked again at the test after about 8 minutes, but I couldn't see much as it was all a bit dack & gloomy in my room...I just assumed it was Negative. I got up soon after & when I checked the test again, in the full morning light, there was a Faint Positive!!!! it's blue in colour, but definately there!!!

Now I'm really cranky with myself that I didn't get up & pay more attention to the test, as I have no idea if the line appeared before or after the 10 minutes! Grrr!!! I hope it's not a false positive!:pray::pray::pray:

I'll do another one toworrow! fingers crossed!!!

Can anyone please share if they've had a faint Positive line appear after 10 minutes & been pregnant??

I don't want to dampen your hopes, but I have had a false positive on a crystal clear after about 10 minutes. Personally I hate that brand. Test again in another day or three with FMU and check within 5 minutes LOL. Good luck!

i was going to say the same as oscaroscar - after 10 mins i wouldn't trust the test no matter the brand, but a few ladies here have had false positives with crystal clear...
