Belly pain????
Need your advice - Most times when i go for a walk that's longer than 5 mins i start getting these pains in my lower belly and now also developing on my right side. They almost feel like a stitch but it isn't.. that's the best way to describe the pain. It gets so painful sometimes i need to stop - this happens more times than now. It is getting to the point i dont want to go for walks after work.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes I also get this and I have no idea why. If I walk for any distance too quickly I get a pain in my lower right side and sometimes on the left. It tends to ease up if I slow down.

Yes - I used to get that. For some reason I don't anymore but I put it down to all of the stretching that my body was doing around the 20wk mark. I used to just stop what I was doing as soon as I could (if out shopping go to the food court & sit down and had a drink) and it would go away.

Probably the stage of pregnancy you are up to. I went walking yesterday and i was fine....i did kinda do a slow waddle walk though :p

I had something very similar from 9 to 27-28 weeks. I was told it was just the muscles stretching due to the relaxin hormone. I'd still ask your ob though, they might refer you to a physio for some gently exercises to help with it.
