Anyone else find it hard to get preg after c/s?

I'm not really sure where I should post this, but wondered the following: has anyone had difficulty getting pregnant after a c-section? Should I be expecting some difficulties having had one nearly 4 years ago?

I know there can be fertility issues for some women after c/s but I fell pregnant soon after TTC #2 - I had had an emergency c/s with DD 2.5 years prior.

I had one as well with Darcy 2.5years ago and it took us nearly 2 years to fall....though I think that had something to do with my body being out of whack due to an ill advised depo injection

I had my second c-section 3 months ago - and we fell pregnant first month TTC with her.

My sister usually takes a few months to conceive though - she's had 4 c-sections in 4 years though.

Thanks for the replies. Good to know there is some hope. After 11 months of trying I'm looking for possible causes of why we haven't conceived. My last cycle I thought I was pregnant and around implantation timing I got a massive cramp right across my c/section scar so got me thinking. I went 5 days overdue and got the faintest of all faint positive lines you could get on about 5 tests over the 5 days, so am left wondering what it all meant.

I know my journey is short compared to some but can't believe how frustrating this whole TTC game is.

I had an emergency c/s on 26th of January this year, and became PG not 5 mths later. Same as a friend of mine. I don't think c/s's make it harder to conceive, but I'm no Dr....
