Six months!!!!

My beautiful bubba girl is six months old today. SIX MONTHS!! We have exclusively breastfed for six months. I can't say how thrilled I am to be able to type that out :D I've probably said it before, but I had no expections & to have arrived here is just amazing.

At 9lb 14oz (4485gm) Juiette was by no means a little girl at birth & she continues to grow at a steady rate & would be just over 9kg now (weighing her later today!). She is doing so well & is even more accepting of her bottle of EBM when I go to work each Saturday. We're slowly starting solids & she won't have a bar of mushy stuff, she's so independant already, but she still loves her BM that's for sure!

Now, onto the next six months I say. I have a goal now & that's to get her to her first birthday on breastmilk. I thikn we'll do it easily :D
