Just a quick question to save the FAO staff another call to answer. What is the CCB entitlement amount listed on the CCTR statement for Q1? We don't get CCB and have an amount listed, but it's not very much. Could it be that the CCB stop date was later than the 1st July? Does anyone know?
CCB for last financial year didn't stop paying until the first sunday of July, so the first few days would have been based on last financial years details. basically ccb changes take affect from the first monday in july

Ta BG. That would explain it. Except for the fact that I apparently got more CCB for one DS than the other - but I'll just put that down to one of those things!
might have been that one was in care longer? you didn't have a sick kidlet in there at all? so hard to remember back to the start of july (i can't remember the start of TODAY! lol)
It can only have been for one week and they both go three days a week. Even if one had been sick (which I'm pretty sure neither was that week), we would have paid for that day and gotten CCB (neither was over their annual allowance of days off). I got paid $7.03 more for DS2 than DS1 which seems a lot for one week. I know I pay an extra dollar or so a day for DS2 due to the different child:staff ratio, so that must be what it is, although $7 is more of a difference for 1 week than I would have expected.
It's not worth questioning them though, for the difference, half of which I will have gotten back in CCTR anyway.
you're probably right on the mark with the different ratio making the difference. $7 sounds like a bit for one week, but you would have gotten half of that back, so only a few dollars - prolly not worth the time it takes to sit on the phone to query it!
