Anyone else have bleeding with Progynova?

Hi Girls,

I have been O/S for work so have had a couple of months off TTC. Started last Thursday (Day 3) on Progynova twice a day in preparation for a FET this cycle. My scan to check the progress of my lining isn't until Monday.

In the last couple of days I had some spotting after days of nothing after my period stopped but this evening I have had what I would call 'flow' (Sorry if TMI!)

Will call the clinic tomorrow but just thought someone may be online who experienced the same thing? It doesn't seem right to be bleeding when trying to build the lining up??

Hi Aleenta - I used Progynova in my FET and I did not have any bleeding. However, I really don't have a cycle of my own, so I'm not sure if bleeding could be a side effect. Maybe they need to up your dose???

Hi Aleenta, welcome back, hope this FET is the one. I did have some spotting about Day 4 - 7 of an FET cycle on Progynova, but definitely wouldn't consider it 'flow'. Hope your clinic has some answers. Good luck. x

Spoke to the clinic, I am going in for a scan tomorrow morning. Like you said Janie, they think they may have to up to up the dose.
It's such a weird thing, I always had a very very light AF, since I have been on IVF the damn floodgates seem to have opened!!
