Hairdresser in SE Suburbs Vic? Hairstyle? HELP!

I desperatly need my hair done... how? I have no idea! It is currently brown, straight, thin, down to my bum, dry, split ends... blah!!!

I want to cut it, maybe shoulder length, and maybe a dye? Just highlights?

So my question, can anyone recommend a hairdresser? I am near Narre Warren.

I want a good one but that has decent prices.

Please help!

I don't know what it is about hairdressers around here but they move around so much I haven't had a regular one for years!
I have been to price attack at FG the last couple of times and been happy though :)
