Hi,
how long did it take you to stop having that pregnant looing belly.
I had my DD 5 weeks ago - and i am very depressed at how i look i still look preggas - i know we all usually keep a little bit of a tummy but i still look pregnant.
i had a c-section dunno if thats got anything to do with it.
i dont think i looked this big after having DS (also a c-sect)

Hun, I am the same and am putting it down to having 2 bubs close together, plus after the c/s I have the dreaded "hang" that I don't think will disappear until my tummy muscles get stronger. Once your start doing regular exercise and tummy work you will probably notice it go faster. Im walking every day now and about to start gentle tummy work as well, but I know it is frustrating - I hate my tumy right now and all the cute clothes out right now look horrible on me. Ah well - 9 mths to grow a baby so Im giving myself 9 mths to get back into shape! :)
Big :comfort:, but I think that is sooooo very very normal!! Not fair is it?...again makes you realise how easy our partners get it :rolleyes:

I was really down about my looks at 5 weeks post partum - it does get better!:hug:
Drink lots of water. It's only 5 weeks, take it easy and be gentle on yourself. You will be back to your old self soon. Walking is a good idea when you are feeling up to it. xo
