I've started my novel!

WOO HOO :dance:

I actually wrote my first page! I have been researching and plotting for weeks and now I have finally made a start. It took me 4 hours just to write the first page - lots of perfecting and changing. But overall I'm really happy with how this story is going to go.

Josephine, in her late 20's is left by her husband after three miscarriages and a mental breakdown. She quits her job and moves to her parents beach house to recover and to slowly rebuild her life. The bulk of the story will take place in the little beach side town where she finds work at a local gallery and rekindles a childhood romance. The story will also focus on her quirky, crazy family, who come to the beach house each weekend.

I'm so so so excited :D

Good for you Amy!! Sounds like a good story too and something a bit different.

Ooooo its sounds wonderful.... if you need any help with quirky people there is plenty in here :lol:

Hi guys - writing has been a bit slow this week but I plan on doing some more this weekend.

I have three pages!! I'm probably going to need to put some ideas out there for feedback so watch this space! I value all of your comments/critisms and ideas!
