I have been feeling movements, but dec.9.2008 @ 9pm on the dot, little fetus kicked me, right where I had my hand on my stomach! I KNOW it was a kick.. this is my second child... DP ad others say its probably gas! But I know! Just thought id share to my fellow belly buddies! Lol..
Oh I *hate* it when people try to rubbish you about feeling movement - and it isn't like 17 weeks is terribly early, especially with a second baby. I felt this one moving a lot from about fourteen weeks.
Enjoy the feeling - and you have to come back to this thread in about fifteen weeks' time and tell us how much you are enjoying feet pushing your ribs up through your lungs, and a head bouncing up and down on your bladder ;) With my last baby in particular, I used to fight with her - she would insist on shoving her foot right up under my ribs and kick my kidneys, and I'd grab her foot and shove it away, and she'd shove it right back there again.
