Help with an agreement please!

DH and I are employing one of our staff on a Permanent-Part Time basis. We need to draw up an agreement (our accountant no longer does them :rolleyes:) and I would love some help!!

:wtf: am I meant to write? :rofl: I have a basic idea but I don't know how much detail I need to go in to. It's a private agreement.. so just between us and the employee. We can't have one done through Workplace Authority due to all these stupid rules etc.

So if anyone has the faintest.... PLEASE share your wisdom :pray:

Err I'm sure I have an employment agreement in our precedents here at work if you want a copy to get an idea..
