When we moved into this rental place, there's a chilli plant out the back. There are large green chillis picked in the last couple of days, but I don't know what to do with them. I have no idea if they're hot chilli or not.
What can I do with them? I thought about making a chutney, but have no idea how or what to put with it..
Any ideas?
One of the most commonly grown large chillis is the jalepeno. They can be quite hot, depends on your taste.
You could chop them up onto a pizza, pickle them, put in chilli con carne, or a spicy bolognaise sauce. Or a spicy salsa, or guacamole.
How big is the Chilli and what colour green is it?
they are a large medium green chilli. But we put them thru the spaghetti sauce! Mmm! Tasty! Thanks guys!
