O pain and endo...
this may be a weird one for you gals out there...
as some of you with the joys of endo are aware (prob with PCOS too??) we can get really bad O pain...
my right O is the dominant one that tends to do the popping but this time it was the other side...this has only happened a couple of times in the past. BUT, a day later the right one seemed really tender too...does anyone know what could be going on? is it just the hormones going nutso? or could i have O'd from both??
and considering that i am now getting O pain from the other side could this mean the endo has encroached even further???? arghhh!

My pain started on my left ovary which is how I ended up being diagnosed with endo. Right before my lap I started getting cramps on my right side as well but he didn't find any endo on that side - so it didn't spread. It might be worth checking with your doctor.

Kind of irrelevant, but... Can I ask how long your O-pain lasts for?

This happened to me too - and to be honest it didn't get much better and eventually I went off for more surgery. It had spread heaps in a 3 month period that my local gyno was shocked.
I truly hope this isn't the case with you hun, but to answer your question yes it is possible.
Are you thinking of going back to the drs or see how things go for a bit ? It's a hard thing to know whats going on inside hey ??

hmmm i suppose that i should go and see someone. dont know anyone that i trust down here though...just new to melbourne...
CookieM: it usually lasts a whole day of INTENSE pain (right down the leg, inside the pelvis...all that region and sometimes through the shoulder). and then the following day is extremely tender.
JG: yeah, that is kinda what i am thinking. but when i thought long and hard this happened the time that i fell pg with Leila, so maybe it's just an every now and then thing. although that much pain is for me usually indicitive of the endo.... waaahhhh!
