Chocolate emergency!!!!
yup I thought that title would get some immediate attention..
So anyhoo - I've done the famous BB fudge - and i melted the chocolate - and mine turned out ok
Then DH decided to melt some more chocolate to do some jersey caramels in (thanks Sarah) but his chocolate looks as if its a big giant dog turd. It went soft - then hardened up again!!!! What did he do wrong - and can we fix it? We added some butter and put it back on the heat - but it didn't fix it!!
Argghh!! I soooo don't want to go down the shops tomorrow if I can help it.

Add a little bit of vegetable oil and stir like mad!!!! It should fix it.

Butter can sometimes make chocolate seize more. There's another tip for you ;) If you feel like its not working just add a little bit more mix again. It should fix it, works for me everytime. I don't know why it happens sometimes and not others.
