I don't know whats happening

I've been off the pill for a little over a month and still fully bf. I spotted a bit when i started the pill, then nothing since. We are not using protection when dtd. We think if it happens it's meant to be. My bub is only 5 months old so my body is still trying to regulate itself. I've had cramps for the past week and a bit then yesterday i started bleeding heavily sorry (TMI) bright red and really heavy from the start, which is not normally like my period. I'm not sure could this be my period, because its been a while that its heavy or could i be miscarrying. Its been really heavy for two days. i did a pregnancy test yesterday and it came up neg, does that mean i could still be miscarrying??? Please help

I dont think you would be miscarrying as HCG would still show in your system if you were, therefore you would most likely have a positive test.

Hi hun, I've heard from a lot of people that after you have a bub AF can be VERY heavy. It's certainly true for me, and I have been having 6-7 day periods with heavy flow for 5 days. I've also been having cramping BEFORE my period, which was unusual for me pre-pregnancy but now seems to be a monthly occurance. If the pregnancy test is negative its probably a very heavy period, but if it worries you or goes on for a long time I would go to the dr.

I may not be much help, but i was always told, the way you were PRE baby will most likely change totally AFTER baby....

For me, it was true!
