Hi ladies. On the recommendation of a few lovely ladies here, I've started taking Blackmore's B6 supplement daily, which is 250mg, and (trying to remember two) two Blackmore's pregnancy and breastfeeding gold each day, which contain 750 micrograms of B6 each.
I hadn't considered the possibility until DH mentioned it, but is it possible to get too much B6? Hopefully a bit more than necessary isn't harmful. I'm taking it to hopefully help lengthen my LP, which I am quite sure at 11-12 days, is too short.
Any advice, experiences, etc?
