A VERY basic, but puzzling question...

Ok so im so embarrased to be asking lol but after finding out im not the only one who wants to know, i dont feel as stupid for asking :redface:

With regard to DAYS PAST OVULATION (DPO)..

When counting this, do we count day OF O or starting at day AFTER O??

So, being i Ovulated on the 23rd of Dec, am i 5 or 6 DPO??

i always count the next day as 1dpo....

can't really call day OF ovulation a day PAST ovulation iykwim?
