Deperate Need for help...........4 yr pooing pants

Hello Everyone

I need HELP:crying:. I am at my wits ends :wall::owith changing pooy pants with my 4 yr old daughter (well 4 1st Feb).
Today has been shocking, i need desperate help. She has pooed in her pants 5 times throughout the day and everytime she has done it i have made her sit on the toilet and try to push out more but she wont go. Then tonight for the 6th time i made her sitting on the toilet again until she went and she finally did. I think half her problem is that she just cannot be bothered to sit there and wait for it to come out as she knows when she has pooed, doesn't care if you take something from her, doesn't care if she sits in it and basically doesn't care.
We have tried everything, rewards chart, ignoring her when she does it, taking things from her, going over the top when she poos in the toilet.
I Need help when i went to the clinic the other day the sister was no help and basicallyt told me that i have to deal with it.
Can anyone out there help me?? Do you think it is attention or could there be something wring with her///

Is it an attention thing? Does she do it for attention? Has she always been like this or just since the birth of Jaylan?

CHeck out what else has changed in her life and see if you can identify why she's doing it.

Otherwise, if there's no "real" reason, then take her to the doctor.
