I'm wanting to marinade my chicken thighs for dinner tonight, I will be cooking them and then adding them to a salad. So what sort of marinade would you make for them?

I have a yummy recipe for Honey Baked Chicken...will find it for you. Has become a favourite of ours now!
I didn't use a kg of chicken but still kept the sauce amount the same. I know the water/wine amount is funny (it's not originally my recipe) but from memory I used about 1 cup, maybe 1 1/2 cups of water (no wine). I don't think mine took that long to cook, but I didn't cover it, just left it uncovered and turned them over occasionally. Was delicious.
Honey Baked Chicken
1kg chicken pieces
3 Tablespoons honey (maple syrup works well too)
3/2 cup water or white wine (have onlyused water but the wine would be yummy)
1 pkt french onion soup mix
Put the chicken in a casseroel dish. Mix the other ingredients, pour over the chicken. Bake at 180C, covered, for an hour and a half (or until chicken is cooked).
My favourite is
a bit of masterfoods satay sauce
a bit of masterfoods hot chilli
a bit of minced garlic (cant tell you the amounts as I never properly measure anything)
It is yummy!
Yeh, I'm a lover of Soy Sauce with ton of honey & crushed garlic & fresh or jar minced ginger ... later on after baking i add sesame seeds ;)
Oops I missed this! My fave is a honey mustard marinade that I use on the bbq its DELISH! I think its in the bbq thread...
