Slow days for babies?
I'm 32 weeks pregnant and my bub seems to be having a couple of slow days lately where there isn't much activity. I get a bit worried but after a while she moves again and I know that she's okay. Other days are normal and there are lots of movement.
Just wanted to know if its normal for them to have slow days around now?
I have OBs appointment tomorrow - I might mention it to him and see what he says too...
TIA :)

It sounds normal, I think they have days where they sleep more than they do others. If you are ever concerned about lack of movement contact your OB or your hospital, it's always better to double check :)

When I was pregnant with DD she would have days where I swear she hadn't moved at all. I ended up at the hospital hooked up to those machines that monitor them three times because I swore she hadn't moved all day.
She had been moving, but due to the way she was facing that late in the pregnant, I just wasn't feeling it. The monitor was going off, yet I felt nothing. It's a good sign though, it means she's spine to the front (and as such all legs and arms are to the back where you won't feel them as much) and that's a good birthing position!
If you're ever worried though, ring your hospital or OB. I was meant to give birth in a birthing center and they said to call any time.

Thanks for the reassurance Haydies & Trish!
Meant to ask too, she feels like she is riding low - do babies 'drop' this early? I can't work out which way up she is, she just feels low down in my uterus but not feeling anything in my pelvis...does this make sense? lol

For memory Savannah dropped really early. 32 weeks to drop isn't that bad. Unfortunately (for me) it didn't mean an early birth though - we went 14 days over due and had to be induced.

Also as there become's less room in there, there is less room for bubs to move. This isn't always the case, but it can be xo

Bubs tend to roll rather than kick at this stage due to lack of room so movements are not as noticable
My bubs always has a quiet day followed by a full on squirm day- but lately all it does is roll from one side of my ribs to the other!
