fitness and putting on weight.
I am 5 weeks pregnant, and I am really excited. I have only had a couple of days where I have felt a bit off, no real morning sickness yet, so it does not seem real.
In the last 4 months I have lost 10kgs, which I believe assisted in us falling pg naturally (I have PCOS so and last time had to take meds)
I am really worried about packing on the weight. Last time I had insulin dependant GD and I don't want to go down that road if I can help it.
Is there a safe way to continue to lose weight without affecting my baby?
I am currently eating 1400 calories a day and doing 30 minutes on the eliptical cross trainer or Wii fit every morning.
Can I continue to do this without risking bub's health.
Any advice would be appreciated.
