Where can I get a cradle mattress, size 45 x 90cm? I went to babyco, but they had skinnier mattresses.
Does anyone know a good place to get them?
Otherwise, I might have to go to Clark rubber and get some foam cut. The only thing I can think of.

Hi Cathy
I got mine from Baby Bunting - none of the ones that Babyco had matched my size. Our cradle was made by hand so we ended up having to buy the best fit and then DH trimmed a bit of the foam with a knife.
That might be an option, I guess depending on how close they are to your size!
Good luck!
Try a different chain or independent baby store. Baby Co aren't really that helpful with things that aren't their usual range.
Ok I might try some of the independant stores. Babyco do have a limited range, and I find them expensive too.
I bought a mattress for my Boori cradle (larger than standard basinette) at an independent baby shop. They had a range of sizes. Just be very careful if you get a mattress cut as some types of rubber are not recommended for baby bedding as they give off fumes (SIDS risk), plus you need it to be fairly firm not cushiony.
I'm in S.A & i got a mattress 47cmx92cm from Just Kidding. It was only $30 from memory. Have you looked on Ebay or some of the online baby stores?
No I haven't checked out ebay or online stores yet...but I will do if I can't find anything in the baby stores around here. I measured the mattress myself, but I could be out a centermetre or two. Your mattress sounds very close to it.
Just wanted to say I picked up a cradle mattress at The Pram Warehouse for $39.99. Really happy!! It is 45 x 90cm and perfect! (even has a zip off cover for washing).:p
