superficial vein thrombosis and pregnancy

Recently I miscarried, blighted ovium. I'm 37 and we had been trying to have a baby for almost two years. Finally the good news in Nov. that I was pregnant. In Dec. I had severe leg cramping and a hot area on my calf. It got to the point I couldn't take it and my dr. put me on lovenox to reverse the superficial vein thrombosis. I didn't even think this could be an issue with the pregnancy (naive I know now). The high risk ob/gyn said that my blood tests only revealed a weak positive as far a lupus anticoagulant. The baby only grew to 7.5wks. and there was no embryo present. What advice or thoughts could anyone give me about what happened, or has anyone out there experienced a blood clot during pregnancy. I'm very afraid this could happen again. I'm praying to be prenant again before summer's end.:pray: Thanks.
