Fertility Yoga Class for IVF? :o)

Hi Guys! It's been SOOOOOOOO long since I've spoken to anyone! Apologies.... My Mum's Cancer is back - and pretty aggressive, so I've been focusing on hospital stuff.... Which brings me to my question! Mum has decided to 'buy' herself a Grandchild, and has paid for mine and Adam's first IVF attempt!!! YEAH!!! :pray: Do you guys think the Fertility Yoga class would be any good for me? We've just started our first ever 'down' cycle, and I start Synarel on the 5th of February.... Any advice would be VERY welcomed! Love Kristi xox

Course they will ;) Yoga is fantastic and especially while there are extra stressful times in your life right now, it really will help. Katie is lovely and you'll enjoy it, you'll get some close and personal attention because a few people have cancelled due to the heat, but the centre is air conditioned and has cold water, so its all good :)
