DD walked over to DS who was a little upset, lifted her shirt and bent down to DS,
She then proceed to lift his head to her boobies.... to BF him..
I understand she is just mimic-ing but it caught me by surprise, and i didnt know what to say!
Has this happened with anyone elses children?

DD1 hasnt done that yet, but she does like putting breast pads down her top! :)
oh im not worried.. i jsut didnt expect it - i thought she was showing him her belly button (she is Belly button obsessed) but then i realised she wanted to BF him!
I wonder if she does it to anyone at FDC lol :)

Sarah BFs Dolly ;) Maybe get her a dolly and say that E needs mummy's BBs but dolly can have yours. Shouldn't take her long to get the message.

PMSL!! Must be something in the air......my DS offered to feed DD the other day, he layed down on my bed while I was feeding her lifted his tshirt and said "Me feed Ashee" I said "with what?" while laughing of course and giggled and said "my boobies".
With DS I think he just wants to be included while I'm feeding DD, obviously he couldn't feed her himself so he then offered to help me by holding my boob so I wasn't suffocating her :rolleyes:

DS1 once tried to bf DS2, and has also fed his teddy, and "used' the breast pump. A few weeks ago he picked up a barbie when we were out and looked at her boobs and said "they are her milk keepers". Then two weeks ago he looked across the table at me and asked "why do you still have those, T doesn't drink mummy's milk anymore?". I just hope this means he'll be a wonderfully supportive partner of a bfing mum one day!

when i was still bf Wills, Oscar once came and sat on the bed next to me and lifted his shirt up to feed his humphrey - nearly had me intears it was so sweet!

I think it's cute too. My 3 year old niece was completely shocked when she saw me breast feeding. Her 2 younger siblings were bottle fed so she looked at my sister, so concerned. We had to explain that mummy also had milk in her boobies but put it into a bottle to give to her sisters. She covered her eyes & wouldn't look. Then, my sister overheard her say to her 2 year old sister, "Tahli... Do you want some milk? I can give you some milk from my boobies" Little Tahlia said "yes", as she always does, but they left it at that. She didn't actually try to attach her.
thats kinda cute .. it freaked me out when DS (2.5) wanted to BF off ME !!! he just come up and started to suck when DD was feeding ... it was the most werid feeling ... it took me by surpirse ... he still tries to feed off me .. but i say its for DD to drink as he is a big boy and can eat food ..
I hope it was the right thing to say .. i dont want him to get jealous ... i spend alot of time BF DD i think he feels left out ...
yep PP my eldest did it to my 2nd (yrs ago..still get a giggle thiking about it!!) she also did BF her dolls when i BF DS.... she had beautiful attatchment hand holding dolls neck etc..and great position holding doll...
