Exercise and the 2ww
What do people do?
I'm a total gym bunny and cycle to and from work every day (not on the road - there are cycle paths).
I'm not quite in my 2 ww yet but will be this time next week post IUI but just want to get as much information in advance as I can.
My FS tells me to keep doing what I'm doing. But I feel funny about that. But also feel funny about not exercising - I hate not exercising!
AARRGGHHH!
What do others do?

The important thing is to not get your heart rate and body temp up too high. Also not to take up any new sport or exercise or up your normal load.
So just don't push yourself too hard. Cycling should be fine, I have always continued to ride my bike if I feel like it during a TWW. My BF continues to ride daily to/from work at 31 weeks!
Definitely keep active especially if that is what you are used to IMO.
