I have just had something exciting happen....

As a lot of you know the house we are currently living in is less than adequate for our lifestyle now and I have been feeling a bit depressed as our lease isn't up until June and the thought of bidding for rental properties with a 3mth old and 50 other couples bidding too didn't really appeal to me....

Anyways, was just at a friends house and her best friend who I also know is currently living in the lovely house of her parents but she and her sister and going overseas so they are going to be looking for tenants.......

My friend is calling them tonight to see if they would be interested in looking at us as tenants.

The house is gorgeous and in a great area and best of all she isn't leaving until the 3rd week in april so I would only be out a months rent in both places if worst comes to worst and this house doesn't relet straight away....

I don't want to get to excited but can't help it so if you could send good thoughts out to the universe for me it would be wonderful!!!
