Sounds like a good idea Danni. I'm going for a VBAC2 hopefully. I have my concerns about it even though I've had a successful VBAC with Oskar. We did hypnobirthing with him and we're doing a refresher course in a couple of weeks. It does help you cope with fears so I can't wait to do it!
I am due any day now and hoping for a VBAC. I have also done a hypnobirthing refresher as we used hypnobirthing last time. We got to 7cm dilated before DD went into foetal distress. I have a doula to work with me and very pro-VBAC OB.
