Is there ANY way to remove mould from clothing?

So I accidently left my son's karate uniform under a pile of wet towels for a couple of days :redface: and now it has patches of mould on it. Please tell me there is a way to get this out as I really don't want to replace it, it's almost brand new!!

You can use exit mould.
If you just spray it on and leave it it will leave a big bleached patch on the clothes so you need to spray a bit on then give it a quick rub and rinse it before it starts bleaching the clothes. Then repeat and repeat and repeat until all the mould is gone. I did this with a $120 shirt I couldn't bear to throw out and it worked a treat.
If the uniform is white you might be able to get away with a little less rinse and repeat.
If anyone knows a less tiresome way I would love to hear it.

When my washing machine died years ago, my ex sil put a soaked towel into the bag that held my kids clothes to take to the laundromat... I usually went every 3 days.
Anyway... by the time I got there, most of my daughters clothes were covered in mould. The laundromat told me to soak them in NapiSan Plus, in as hot water as the clothes could take... and to replace the napisan & hot water whenever the water got cool.
I did this, I went through an entire container of napisan but it did remove all the mould from the clothes and saved me 100's of dollars.

Ive used white vinegar on other fabrics before (curtains, bathers etc) but not on clothes, and its worked fine.

Same thing happened to one of Jazzy's suits, it was white and we used napisan and soaked for about a day and then washed and i think we may (or may not, it happened when she was only a few weeks old so its a bit hazy lol) have napisan'd it again.

But it worked and she got lots more use until she grew out of it lol.

I managed to get it out using just napi-san, and the cheap no name one as well! Think I must have gotten to it early enough. I only had to soak it twice so I'm quite happy with that. Glad I didn't have to replace it.
