my maid of honour speech, your thoughts?

ok guys i went against the traditional and made a poem for the happy couple, please give me your honest opinions as i dont think i've ever written a poem in my life!!!

Scott and sams tale is one for the ages
A tale most worthy of a love stories pages
They met in a pub, with the lights so dim
He was perfect for her and she even more perfect for him
They did their dance and went through the motions
And what they created was better than the strongest of potions
He flew to Italy and it was more than she could bare
So she occupied her mind and found a house they could share
He came home with a grin he couldn?t hide
And one night over dinner asked her to be his beautiful bride
So here we are with all your loved ones by your side
Each and every heart so full of pride
Your love for each other is so true and so pure
A love for a lifetime that?s sure to endure
So to end this poem i just want to say
We?re all so happy for you in every single way

is there anything u would word differently, or change completely, im not 100% happy with the last 2 lines
