Ok, this is a bit of a whinge... and LOTS of TMI!
I'm really sick (almost literally) of changing nappies with runny green poos, it stinks and its just gross!
There was a time when Brendan would only have a pooey nappy every 1-2 days, but these days I'm changing it every 2-3 hours. It's gross it stinks and makes me want to spew!!
Ok I think I'm done spoiling everyones appetite for the rest of the evening.
wow ,just read your son brendans story. hope everything go well for the future . the poo nappies doesnt bother me to change , 5 children later iam use to that . believe or not sally i was a premmie baby 46 years ago weighing 2.2 lbs born at 26 weeks . iam ok , good luck
Most days it doesn't bother me, I mean it's something I have to do so may as well get it over and done with. He seems to be having an extra smelly day today.
Thanks for reading Brendan's story. I'm glad to hear you are ok, 26 weeks is scary these days, even more so back then without all the technology they have today.
Brendan is a very happy and healthy little boy and I'm very proud of him :D

Changing bums is all part of parenting!!! It does come to an end - DS is 3 1/2 and is fully toilet trained.
It must've been a parent that made up the saying S*** Happens!
On a more serious note, he may have eaten something that hasn't agreed with him or if you have been having alot of hot weather sometimes that can be the reason.
Apparently it's not supposed to bother us.....BOLLOCKS!! Yucky poos smells can be so rank, I remember having to burn candles to stop the smell sticking to the walls...ick.
Both mine are TT and I'm still wiping bums all day.....

Then ad the girls smelly ones and i reckon i have permanant poo smell up my nose

To reply to the serious question, his diet hasn't changed, we aren't eating more of anything in particular and he's just not eating a lot of anything... but thats normal. And it hasn't been *that* hot here. He's been like it for nearly a week now.
I'm not worried, yet, he appears healthy and is still his usual self so he's not sick.
Just needed to get it off my chest... cos it's just gross :lol:

Harry went through a stage when it was hot of having the most disgusting poo's EVER! That mixed with morning sickness is awful! Some days I would beg him to wait until Daddy came home before he did poo's. He never listened... lol.
Fingers crossed Brendan's yucky poo's go away soon.
My DH cannot handle poo...lol like to the point where he doesnt change a dirty nappy unless he has to, and then most of the time he will put gloves on, just in case he gets some on his finger! lol
Could he maybe be teething or have a tummy bug? Doesnt sound pretty - I feel for you!!

It wasn't so bad when Daniel was really little, but he eats the same stuff as us. It ain't pretty. Everytime he comes in the room and I can smell him DH and I just cringe. We do not look forward to it one bit.
THEN......... he stays with his grandma while I'm at work and she feeds him grapes all day. NOT PRETTY!!
I can't wait until he is toilet trained, although I must be mindful not to force him or we'll have regression on our hands. I just have to suck it up and accept it as part of parenting (I'm crying while I type this -------------- not really!!).

Only so you can teach my DP to change nappies... He's such a wuss... I was going to say girl but most girls change nappies. :rolleyes: 2 kids and he still refuses.... weak stomach apparently... I guess some men have it and others done. :(
Were having formula issues and DD either was getting constipated. I swtiched and now she had bad dioreah... I can fully sympathise. Were having leaks out the sides and up the back . Truley YUK... :sick:

Brendan isn't teething, cos he has all his teeth (except the 6yo old ones!)
Evie, I cant wait for TT either... but am the same as you trying not to push it. Oh and grape nappies are BAD BAD BAD!

We had one today that we both said looked like it smelled................ Nothing worse than changing a nappy and DH is standing next to DS entertaining him making "WOAH" noises!!
Yep, I get it. It stinks - breathe through your mouth - that's what coroners do, OK?

i've got a good DH-training tip.... might be hard to organise though :lol:. I used to have one of those "squeamish-can't do it-I'll dry retch" type DH's... then we got this kitten -which had a baaaaad tummy. And it was a fluffy kitten and it got the runs... andthe runs and the RUNS! So the vets said we should get a poo sample. Leave it in the laundry over night with no kitty litter in the tray....

= one poo painted laundry. Can anyone say diahrroea spray paint??? That cat got poo to heights in that room which shouldn't have been possible.
On the bright side... DH has never been squeamish ever since!
And when my MIL started to say to me... "oh FIL could never change nappies he has such a sensitive nose, your DH will be just the same" I just looked smug, and said nuh-uh, he can cope with ANYTHING!!!
