does your cycle kick straight back in????
I am just really interested to know if we would have much chance this cycle...
if natural m/c - your body should just keep going - so yes.
I had 1 natural m/c and had a cycle 2 days longer than normal for me the next time and 1 D & C which made my cycle 35 days instead of 27.
Hope that helps in some way - and good luck.
My last m/c which was close to the same length of pregnancy as yours ... my cycle was two days longer ... and the cycle after that was on time !!
I had a natural miscarriage in Oct 07 and ever since then my cycle has been all over the place... I even got up to CD70 at one stage. Thankfully everything aligned and I fell pregnant with this bubba.
After my first m/c my cycle went straight back to a 28 day cycle like I always had.
After my 2nd I had my AF 4 weeks later but my cycle in general was a little shorter, and remained the same after the 3rd. There was about 3 to 4 months between 2nd, 3rd & 4th pregnancies, the last one being the successful one. Best of luck.
thanks all..
did you all ovulate in that 1st cycle afterward?????
Yep, was even one day shorter (28 days) and yes I think I O'd right on time.
I know someone that fell pregnant 4 weeks after her m/c - d&c. She didnt get a period.
I have just finished my first period after d&c and did ovulate. Hoping to try for a bubs this next cycle!
Hi
A question for those whose cycles went back straight away:
Did you take the day of the actual MC as day 1?
Did you use opks? Just wondering if they still work if you have a little bit of hcg still in your system?
I MCed on Sunday night (9wks) but I was bleeding lightly from last Wednesday and I just want to try again right away. :(
I had a D&C and my cycle returned to a spot on 28 day cycle. Before that it was all over the place, and I mean all over the place! I took the day of my D&C as CD01, although I had had my bub a week before my D&C. So, I probably should have taken it from there... :dunno:
Took my body a while to get back on track and still is to be honest.
Hugs

Hi, After my m/c at 16 wks i had a d&c and i bleed for about two weeks, then i had my period two weeks after that, my first cycle was 25 days then it moved to 28 days.
Q: How long should I wait to try again? My Dr. told me to wait for as long as I was prenant, but I don't see why can't try sooner..
I feel relieved to have found this forum. I am new here i was 12 weeks pregnant last monday 17.2.09 I started spotting, Tuesday i had an U/S and was informed my baby had passed away 3 or weeks previously, Wednesday I was booked in for a D&C. I feel like like it all happened to somebody else I feel so empty and desperately want to fall pregnant. It's been 10 days since the D&C and I am still bleeding does anybody have any suggestions when I can try again for another baby I was told 2 cycles but at the moment that feels like a lifetime away. I see the OB next week to find ot the pathology results and I feel scared :crying:.And then there is everybody making their comments (You already have two maybe it's meant to be) and telling there stories and I just feel like I want to hide from the world.
charm, i am so so so very sorry
Charm,
I completely understand how you feel right now. I have been where you are and it feels like the clock won't move- the days are so long, and so are the sleepless nights:wall:. But hope always prevails. It has been two months since my m/c and it feels like a world away some days and other days it feels like it just happened. Just remember not to look too far into the future. I used to get overwhelmed if I thought about anything a week in advance. So I decided to take one day at a time, one breath, one minute, etc. until I could feel comfortable with my life after my loss.
Just take it easy, and good luck with ttc.
I have to wait for my husband:kissing:to get back home before we can try some more, one month to be exact. It feels like forever sometimes.

Am i right in saying you concieved straight after your m/c? We lost our little one 2 weeks ago, I ovulated the other day and Im hoping we are lucky like that. Although I think we only did it the day before ovulation and no other days because I just didnt feel liek it a great deal.
Did you do anything special? If you dont mind me asking please... Did you have a natural m/c or did you have a d/c? I had the tablets to induce a "labour" it was awful but natural at least! Hoping that makes for a healthy uterine lining!
