+ OPK then rise in temp 12 hrs later?

Hi Everyone,

I am new to tracking my temp along with using ovulation tests. (Only started as we have been TTC for a while & I have PCOS). I usually have a 40 day cycle.
Yesterday at day 26 I had a + OPK and my temp was 36.1 (which is low for me) then this morn (about 12 hrs later) my temp is 36.7 (which is high for me)- but I have a very strong positve OPK again!

Does this mean that I have ovulated already since my temp has spiked?

Or do I follow the very strong OPK today?

I thought you ovulated 24 hrs after you got a + OPK?

I am confused as to when to try!
We BD on day 25 & 26 when we first got a positive result.
Do we keep going?
