possible tmi, leaky bbs
I am leaking like crazy, just sitting here doing nothing but listening to the telly and reading posts and my bbs are dripping EVERYWHERE. My shirt is pretty damp with quite a few wet and dry patches of colostrum. If I had to give you a measurement I'd probably say....? 5 or 6 table spoons so far today? maybe more. I dont want to wear a bra all day every day as I'm not going anywhere and get sore bbs when i take it off and I'd much prefer to go without. They also leak heaps at night, I often wake up in literally a pool of "bb'y juice" as DP calls it during the day or in the moning.
It's "normal" for me but in general is it normal or am I leaking way more than I should be?
Is it likely to get worse as my pregnancy progresses or stay the same or ease up a bit?
What can I do, other than wearing a bra all day and night?
It really is quite gross. lol
I'm 20 +5 weeks.
TIA
ETA: when I got my test results back to confirm I was pg the hormone levels were really high. I was 3 weeks pg the blood test results indicated I was about 6 weeks... would this have anything to do with it do you think?

Wow heva that seems like a huge amount of leakage. I dont know what is 'normal' though so maybe it is fine. You might have to just wear a bra with breast pads or a tighter top with no bra to hold the pads in place.

I dont have any money for breast pads, I just put a couple of tissues folded neatly into my bra when I go out. but if it gets any worse I dont think that will contain it lol... also I will run the household out of tissues if I do that all day every day.

I leaked the same when I was pregnant with both my pregnancies I started at about 14 weeks and it just increased as I got further along......I also did not want to wear a bra all night so looked into breastfeeding tops and came across the freshmums tops they were fantastic...You can wear them through the preganacy as they just look like a normal top....They are not tight or that like a bra just like wearing a tank top....google them and chech them out...
One positive I found was that when my kids were born I had a never ending supply of milk I swear I think I could have feed all of the babies in Victoria:lol:

Thats about when mine started too lol. DP is always complaining I wear his shirts before he has a chance to then they all have marks on them and he cant wear them lol. I dont fit my own clothes anymore so he'll just have to lump it.
Those tops sound fantastic, might see what I can do. Though with very limited funds I'm not sure how thats gonna happen. lol.
lol I was wondering if it would mean I would have a good supply later on. Not good if it gets worse though. I guess I'll either be stuck at home or just go out with wet spots. lol. That'd be a good look I'm sure.
