hello all! i was browsing these forums a little and decided to join because everyone seems so lovely :) i found out on the 23rd of last month that i'm pregnant! it's my first child and i'm really really really excited! (and insanely scared). right now i'm around 7 weeks, but i'm having my date ultrasound in just over a week to confirm my actual due date. yay! :D

Yes its a wonderful and exciting time but also a bit scary as you have never been there before.
Its wonderful watching your belly expand and an incredible feeling the first time you feel the baby move.

thankyou all so much! :D talking about the birth announcement made me even more excited haha. i cant believe how different it is watching pregnancies and knowing about them to actually having one, i cant get my head around it! i feel so lucky :D

thankyou all so much! :D i had my first ultrasound on friday, im 6 weeks and 3 days today and due on nov 4! i got scared at first because i had to move machines twice because they couldnt find anything, but as soon as he put it on my belly on the third one he said "i can see the heartbeat" then he found bub! i still cant get my head around it :D
